Cherry Grove

Cherry Grove Apartments is a low income, multifamily housing community with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.  Working on Cherry Grove Apartments presented unique challenges as a tenant-in-place project, as the majority of the 76 units were occupied during the renovation. The project included interior and exterior apartment renovations, the updating of a community building, and the addition of an outdoor playground.
